Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $160. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $160/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $160/each.

Parking: The driveway is very tight and best suited for small vehicles only. A maximum of two vehicles may park in the rear lot.

The home has central heating and air conditioning, which can be controlled from a smart thermostat located in the dining room.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

We have regularly scheduled pest control, landscapers, and trash collection services. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

**Trash & Recycling Expectations**

By booking our property, you agree to abide to Seattle's strict trash, recycling, and compost rules.

What to do:
- Recycling goes into blue bin
- Trash goes into black bin
- No mixing of trash and recycling, otherwise you may be fined.
