This property management is completely dishonest and unethical. I paid in full for a four-night stay (over £500). After taking my payment, they sent an off-platform link demanding a security deposit. Finding it suspicious, I requested a secure payment method, which I successfully completed a few hours after they provided it—and hours before my arrival. They sent me a check-in link, which refused to open. Despite confirming my arrival time with them three separate times (and receiving their acknowledgments), the detailed check-in instructions remained completely inaccessible for 2–3 hours, with their customer service ghosting me entirely.
I arrived at the property with my child and dog, only to be left stranded outside at nearly 10:00 PM. After waiting an hour, I managed to reach Booking.com customer support. They tried contacting the host with no success either. After making us wait another 45 minutes on the street, customer support finally informed me that the host had re-sold the house to another guest.
This company is utterly shameless. They knew well in advance that I was traveling with a dog, took over £500 for a four-night stay, and repeatedly confirmed my arrival times. Yet, instead of notifying me that they had breached our contract and given the room away, they maliciously kept sending automated messages asking me to confirm my check-in.
They forced me into a desperate position late at night, scrambling to find a last-minute pet-friendly hotel at an exorbitant rate. This ordeal caused immense distress, financial burden, and emotional trauma to my child and pet. This was their very first trip to Beeston, and this establishment is an absolute disgrace to both Beeston and Nottingham.
Do NOT book this property or any location managed by this company. Choosing them means paying hundreds of pounds only to end up stranded on the street at night, ignored and homeless. Every word here is the absolute truth!
