Together, the four units comfortably accommodate your group while offering a variety of living spaces. Sweetwater is the largest of the three studios with tall ceilings, a mounted cable TV, futon, rocking chair, kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker, plus a bistro table for two. Pecos features a Southwest-inspired design with a comfortable daybed, cable TV, a fully furnished kitchen with full-size appliances, a single-serve coffee maker, and a dining table for two. Thyme rounds out the collection with another comfortable studio featuring a smart TV with cable, a small dining table, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker for easy mornings. Lavender is a cozy studio with a smart TV equipped with cable, a small dining table, microwave, refrigerator, and single-serve coffee maker for convenient meals and refreshments.

Sweetwater is a studio that comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a king size bed and a full size futon.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.



Pecos comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom as well as a twin size daybed and a twin size trundle bed in the living room.



The bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.



Thyme is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in all, with 2 dedicated covered parking stalls available and additional parking available in the gravel lot across from the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• Building 4 is the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
