The front deck is large enough for the whole family to enjoy warm summer evenings.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and the bright en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. Both guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with two twins – share the hall bath with a tub/shower combination as well.

The deck is very spacious with a large table that seats 6 and a charcoal BBQ, this is the ideal spot for grilling up family favorites and sharing the day's beach adventures, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The places to explore in Newport are endless. Lido Marina Village, with high-end waterfront restaurants and boutiques is just a short drive away. - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
