The second and third bedrooms, also on the second floor, feature queen bunk beds for added sleeping space. On the second floor, you'll also find a second bathroom and a conveniently located washer and dryer. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
