The inviting living area centers around a cozy wood-burning stove, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring nearby beaches, hiking trails, and coastal towns. The home was extensively remodeled in 2022 while preserving its timeless mid-century character. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out or gathering around the dining table after a day of adventure.

Sleeping Arrangements:
For rest and relaxation, our home features three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a gorgeous view of the surrounding redwoods. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and built-in closets, while a smaller third bedroom includes a daybed with two twins sized mattresses that easily transitions into a king-sized bed complete with integrated drawer storage for your belongings.

The spacious deck and multiple outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee beneath the redwoods, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the deck, or spend the evening surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest. Garden paths, raised planting beds, and quiet seating areas invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Located just minutes from Gualala's beaches, coastal bluff trails, art galleries, restaurants, and local shops, you'll also enjoy easy access to world-class redwood hikes, scenic drives along Highway 1, kayaking on the Gualala River, and countless opportunities to explore the spectacular Mendocino Coast.
