This brand-new apartment is part of a recently completed residence on the San Cataldo waterfront, right in front of the beach and backed by a cool pine forest that freshens the air and releases Mediterranean scents.
There are two units of this type, spread over two levels on the top floor of the residence. The highlight is the panoramic terrace on the penthouse level, featuring a mini hot tub with ocean views and a shaded gazebo with sun loungers.
The interiors of this penthouse are refined and elegant in their simplicity. 
The living area includes a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV, and an outdoor seating area on the balcony overlooking the sea. 
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with a window overlooking the sea and the other with a window overlooking the pine forest. The interior is completed by two bathrooms with spacious shower stalls.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

 - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
