Summary:

A spacious private two-bedroom apartment of about 100 square metres near Winter Park on Fuzuli Street in central Baku. It sleeps up to five guests on one queen bed, two single beds and one usable sofa bed, and has a living room, kitchen and dining area and one bathroom. A dishwasher, washer and drying rack, iron and hairdryer are included, along with fast Wi-Fi and KATV1 cable television. Two air-conditioning units and combi radiators serve the apartment, which is on the 9th floor of a 10-storey building with an elevator reached after some stairs.



The Space:

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and dining area. It is on the 9th floor of a 10-storey building. An elevator is available, with stairs before reaching it. One air-conditioning unit is in the living room and a second unit serves the two bedrooms. Heating is provided by combi radiators. The apartment includes a washer and drying rack, with no dryer, plus a dishwasher, iron, hairdryer and clothes storage. Views are through the windows; there is no guest-accessible balcony.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Self check-in is available from 15:00. Detailed entrance and self check-in instructions are provided privately to eligible confirmed guests.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Winter Park area of central Baku, on Fuzuli Street, with cafes, restaurants and central-city services in the surrounding streets. It keeps you inside central Baku while the apartment itself sits in a residential building rather than directly on a busy pedestrian shopping street, which suits guests who want space and a calmer base within walking reach of the centre.



Getting Around:

Ride-hailing services are widely available in Baku. Public parking is free from 22:00 to 07:00 and on Sundays; at other times official Azparking payment is cashless. A specific space and local tariff are not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

Water and hot water are available throughout the day. Building water pressure is strongest from 18:00 to 11:00 and lower from 11:00 to 18:00, while the shower remains usable. Exact bed dimensions are not claimed. Safety disclosure: the apartment does not have a smoke alarm, carbon-monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher or first-aid kit.
