THINGS TO KNOW:
-This reservation includes the entire duplex: a 3-bedroom/2-bath upper residence and a 2-bedroom/2-bath lower residence, for a combined 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
-The two residences are separate and are not internally connected. Guests must use the individual entrances to move between the upper and lower units.
-The property looks directly toward "Baby Beach" on Newport Bay, with Marina Park just steps away and the Pacific Ocean and sandy beach only two short blocks away.
-Per city ordinance, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and complete and ID verification prior to home entry. Failure to complete verification does not constitute a refund outside of standard cancellation policies. If the primary renter is found to have falsified the ID verification and/or is found to be in violation of the city ordinance (whether it be noise, occupancy, etc.), this will result in a penalty of $1,000 up to the total penalty amount determined by the city of Newport Beach, and immediate eviction. Should the home-owner lose their rental permit due to non-compliance of city rules and regulations, the primary renter will be held liable for loss of rent and legal fees.
