This prime location places you mere minutes from some of the world’s best mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, sensational kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing.
This beautiful townhome is fully furnished and ready to rent for your next getaway. Gorgeous floors, lots of natural light, and an open-concept floor plan work to extend the interior space throughout the home. Get creative in the pretty full kitchen, then serve your guests at the handsome dining table. Endless outdoor activities in the Rim Vista complex include two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground. The swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available from mid-April through the end of October, weather permitting.
There are two designated parking spots in front of the home.
*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

The townhome was well-appointed and maintenance was incredibly prompt when we had an issue with one shower having low water flow and one toilet not flushing properly. The bedrooms were laid out great for our group with en suite bathrooms for both.

The townhouse was in a good location with easy access to Moab. The property was clean and in good working order. We would stay there again.

Had difficulty getting into the unit. Called for support and provided access to key. At end of stay, Des was very helpful with what to do with key (lock box had fallen off)

The house was very beautiful and clean.
The kitchen was extremely limited, if you are traveling from far away it’s hard to use the kitchen. No coffee, sugar, oil for pans, salt shakers had one shake left in them.
