Summary:
56 Crescent Lane — Dune Allen Beach
5 Bedrooms | 5 Full, 1 ½-Bath | Sleeps 12
4 King En-suites + Custom Bunk Room, Private Pool, Outdoor Living Pavilion w/ Fireplace & Full Kitchen, 2-Car Garage — Crescent Lane
🏖 Tucked away in Dune Allen Beach, one of 30A's most peaceful and laid-back communities, this beautifully designed home is where your group comes to slow down and soak it all in. Start your mornings with coffee at the massive quartz island, whip up a full breakfast on the professional-grade gas range, and let the kids grab snacks from the wet bar while the coffee brews. With soaring ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, and walls of sliding glass doors, the main living space stays bright and breezy all day, opening straight out to your own private pool and fenced backyard.
When it's time to relax, you've got options: lounge poolside on the paver patio, or gather the whole crew under the covered outdoor pavilion for a cookout on the built-in grill, a movie night on the mounted TV, or an evening by the gas fireplace once the sun goes down. It's basically a second living room under the stars.
Inside, five bedrooms give everyone their own space to unwind — four king en-suites for the adults, plus a fun bunk room with two sets of custom twin-over-twin bunks that the kids will claim as their own. The primary suite is your personal retreat, with a soaking tub, a glass walk-in shower, and dual vanities to get ready for a day at the beach. A quiet little office nook is there if anyone needs to check in on work, and with two full laundry setups, packing light is no problem.
