We booked this apartment completely last minute, just as we were flying out to Milan, and honestly took a bit of a chance on it. It turned out to be such an amazing discovery. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The self check-in was incredibly helpful as we were arriving in the very early hours of the morning, and Matteo was so supportive throughout. He even stayed up until we had arrived and were safely inside the apartment, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including an espresso machine, toiletries, an ironing board and lots of thoughtful little touches. But the biggest selling point for us was the location. I still can’t quite believe how lucky we were to find somewhere just a few steps from the Duomo, right in the centre of Milan. For such a central location, we thought it offered really good value compared with many of the hotels and apartments nearby. The apartment is quite compact, so it may not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. We were travelling as a family for a short stay and spent most of the day out exploring, so what mattered most was being able to walk everywhere and having easy transport links to and from the airport. Thank you so much, Matteo. You made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we come back to Milan.
