Main Floor:

- A bright living space with a leather sofa, dining nook, and smart kitchenette — fully equipped for everyday cooking (oven, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine).

- The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and built-in closet. No windows, but quiet and perfect for deep sleep.

- The bathroom is compact, modern, and practical, with a walk-in shower.

Mezzanine Level:

- A second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and Velux window for natural light.

Note: the mezzanine is open to the living room, ideal for close friends or couples, but not for total privacy.

24 de Agosto Station : 6 minutes on foot (500 m). A major hub with direct connections to central stations like Trindade and Aliados.

Bus Stops:

Bus stop on Rua de Santos Pousada: Just a 2-3 minute walk (200 m). Several bus lines pass through this area, offering easy access to downtown Porto and other districts.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. To maintain the harmony of the building, we kindly ask that you avoid using drying racks in the back gardens or on the front-facing balconies.
