Relax and recuperate at this luxurious sea-view villa for 8 above Rabac, where the water is never out of sight.

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows keep the sea in view from the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which stays cool with air conditioning in the heat of the Summer. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge, and a games library adds a rainy-day option for downtime.

For cooler days, the space is warmed by underfloor heating and a fireplace.

Outside, the pool appears to spill towards the horizon, framed by a panoramic terrace with sea views and a private garden. A barbecue and space for outdoor dining make the most of long Istrian evenings. For complete relaxation, there\'s a private sauna with sea views, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a gym for staying active.
