Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood close to historic Downtown Conway, you’ll have a peaceful place to relax while still being convenient to local restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk, CCU, golf courses, Myrtle Beach, and all the attractions of the Grand Strand.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings and coastal-inspired décor. The spacious family room features a large sectional with plenty of seating and a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, watching the game, or relaxing together after a day of exploring.

The renovated kitchen opens directly to the living and dining areas and features white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, bar seating, and a dedicated coffee bar. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner together at home, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

With three bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to settle in:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen-over-queen bunk bed

The primary ensuite features a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower, while the second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination—especially convenient when traveling with a family or larger group.

Screened Porch & Fenced Backyard
One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor space. Start your morning with coffee on the screened porch, or settle in and relax after a day exploring Conway and the coast.

Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard surrounded by mature trees, giving your group plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

We’ve also added outdoor games for a little friendly competition, including locally made custom cornhole boards, Battle Golf, giant Connect Four, and giant Jenga.

The home includes Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and convenient on-site parking.
