A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Welcome to Bordeaux elegance in the heart of the Golden Triangle.
Discover the charm of Bordeaux living in this elegant, fully renovated two-bedroom apartment, in the heart of the highly sought-after Golden Triangle. Flooded with light thanks to its large windows, this spacious space decorated with great care combines the character of yesteryear with high-end comfort: air conditioning, 5* bedding, ultra-high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi and bean-to-cup coffee. An ideal setting just a stone's throw from the Public Garden and the Grand Theatre, whether for a city break or a remote working stay.
On the second floor of a characterful building (no lift), this light-filled accommodation combines authenticity and modern comfort.
The living space, bright and generous, opens onto a fully equipped American-style kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and DeLonghi La Specialista Arte bean-to-cup coffee machine. Coffee is provided for a worry-free stay. The lounge also has a convertible armchair that becomes a single bed (80cm wide), ideal as an extra bed for a child.
The master bedroom, located on the courtyard side with no overlooking, offers a large King Size bed (180x200), 5* quality bed linen and air conditioning. The layout of the accommodation allows you to cool the entire apartment by leaving the doors open.
The second bedroom, designed as a dedicated office to isolate yourself and work in complete peace, has a large single bed (120x200).
The bathroom completes the set with its double sink, large shower and WC.
High-quality bed and bath linen provided for the entire stay and ultra-high-speed Fibre Wi-Fi connection.
You will benefit from exclusive access to the entire property. Thanks to its ultra-central location on rue Lafaurie de Monbadon, everything is within walking distance: the Jardin Public and Place Tourny are 3 minutes away, the Grand Théâtre and Cours de l'Intendance are 5 minutes away. Tram lines B, C and D are in the immediate vicinity to easily reach Gare Saint-Jean.
As a high-end concierge service, we offer you access to a network of privileged local partners. Your exclusive benefits and discounts will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.
