The apartment occupies a full floor of a 1933 heritage building on Diagonal Norte, one block from the Obelisk. The building's French-style facade features carved stone lions, dragons and fantastical creatures. The lobby has black and white marble floors, leaded diamond-pane stained glass, two original black accordion elevators and a wrought iron lantern.

Light blue accent wall, original herringbone parquet and arched window with linen curtains. Built-in shelves with geometric art, rattan chair and bench, full-length mirror. Includes a desk with rattan chair for working. Split A/C and cast iron radiator heating.
