Additional Notes:
- Access to the home is via a gravel driveway.
- As with all mountain homes, 4WD and tire chains may be necessary for winter access.
- No pets are allowed.
- The home does not include paid TV programming. All televisions are Smart TVs with high-speed internet, allowing guests to log into their own streaming accounts.
- Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes: one on the front porch facing the walkway and road, and one on the rear deck facing the fire pit and backyard.
