Discover this charming house spread over three floors, ideally situated in Saint-Pabu and offering exceptional panoramic views of the coastline and its turquoise waters. Carefully furnished in a warm, nautical style, it is the perfect retreat for a holiday with family or friends right by the sea.



The Space:

As soon as you enter, the ground floor captivates with its modern, sleekly designed and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, full range of small appliances). A wooden breakfast bar with high stools adds a cosy touch, ideal for breakfasts.

The centrepiece of this level is undoubtedly the spacious, light-filled pergola: furnished as a dining area with a large wooden table, it offers exceptional views of the mouth of the Aber Benoît, Garo Island and the kitesurfing spot at Sainte Marguerite. This level also includes a handy pantry for storage, as well as a shower room with a toilet.





On the first floor, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a ship’s cabin feel, enhanced by beautiful wooden flooring, a stove for cosy winter evenings and large windows that let in plenty of light. The tastefully executed nautical décor immediately invites you to relax. This level also features a cosy double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed), opening onto a small balcony where you can wake up to sea views. A functional shower room with a toilet completes this floor.



Tucked away in the attic and entirely decorated in white, the top floor features a charming attic bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). Thanks to its skylight, it offers a direct, bird’s-eye view of Beniguet’s white sandy beach.



From the garden, a private staircase (100 outdoor steps) leads you through the vegetation to Béniguet beach. This picturesque path is somewhat steep and rugged, so it requires particular care and a good level of fitness to navigate.



Please note that there are no railings around the terrace, garden or stairs, nor are there any internal railings. Please bear this in mind before booking.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? End-of-stay cleaning is included, bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring this magnificent region where land meets sea.
