The space
THE MAIN HOUSE — Sleeps 10

Recently painted and refreshed, the spacious main house is the heart of the property.

The main house features 4 bedrooms plus plenty of shared living space, making it ideal for families and groups who want a comfortable place to gather.

Bedroom 1 - King bed with private bathroom, walk-in shower & relaxing soaking tub

Bedroom 2- Queen bed

Bedroom 3 — Bunk Room with two full-size bunk beds & a converted closet with its own climbing wall for an extra dose of adventure!

Each bunk can comfortably accommodate up to 2 children or 1 adult each- a fun setup for siblings, cousins, kids or teens

Bedroom 4- Twin daybed & Twin trundle

The main house also has a full kitchen and laundry area, giving larger groups the convenience they need for longer stays.

THE CABIN — Your Own Little Hideaway

Just a few steps from the main house is the property's charming separate cabin.

With its woods-inspired, whimsical feel, the cabin feels like a little adventure all its own.

It includes:

-King bed on the main level
-Second king bed in the sleeping loft
-Full kitchenette
-Full bathroom
-Laundry closet
-Cozy living space

A Note About the Loft:

The cabin loft is intentionally rustic and has a very low ceiling. Access is by a steep ladder, so it may be best suited for children or agile adults who are comfortable climbing.

For the right guests, the loft is part of what makes the cabin so fun—but please keep the low ceiling and ladder in mind when deciding who will sleep there.

THE GAME ROOM — Let the Fun Begin

The detached converted game room is another huge bonus for groups.

Send the kids and teens out to their own hangout space while the adults enjoy some quiet time in the main house—or let everyone join in for a tournament!

You'll find:

-Ping pong table
-Kids' hangout area
-Toys
-Books
-Plenty of space to play and relax

This space gives the property a built-in entertainment zone without taking over the main house.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside and enjoy the slower pace of country living.

The property features:

-Firepit for evening s'mores and conversation
-Two separate outdoor seating areas for main house & cabin
-Large circle driveway
-Plenty of room for everyone to spread out
-Peaceful rural surroundings
-Multiple buildings positioned just steps from one another

It's the perfect setup for morning coffee outside, kids playing during the day, and everyone gathering around the fire after a day exploring Waco.

PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS

This property was made for groups who want to stay together without having to live in one single space.

Imagine:

Grandparents & parents in the main house.
Kids taking over the game room.
A couple enjoying the privacy of the cabin.
