Also upstairs is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, kitchen area and dining area. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a private garden with picnic bench beyond the owner's’ garden. Just 400 yards from the pub in Manaton, The Hayloft is a relaxing cottage for walking and exploring the Devon countryside and moorland. 2 dogs permitted but to be kept on a lead outside the enclosed courtyard due to the presence of livestock and small children. Note: Please be aware that the property does not have wheelchair access. Note: There are a number of low windows which may present a hazard to young children or pets if opened fully, however safety restrictors are fitted and can be activated or deactivated as required.
