Newly constructed in Carlsbad’s Terramar neighborhood, this 3-bedroom coastal home offers stylish interiors and partial ocean views, with the beach just a five-minute walk away. Bright, open living spaces and a private patio make it easy to gather and unwind after a day at the beach, while a dedicated office adds flexibility for your stay.

The space
With 2,000 square feet across two levels, the home combines clean, modern design with easy indoor-outdoor living. A well-equipped kitchen with Thermador appliances and plenty of prep space opens to the dining and lounge areas, creating a connected space for cooking, gathering, and relaxing.

The home has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and works well for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The primary suite features a king bed and partial ocean views, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. A dedicated office and ultra-fast 5 Gbps fiber internet make it easy to stay connected or work remotely when needed.

Outside, a private patio extends the living space with a six-seat bar-height table for dining and a separate seating area around a fire pit. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach, and beach towels, chairs, toys, and boogie boards are provided. On-site parking is available, including a one-car garage.

Throughout the home, central air conditioning, modern finishes, natural light, and carefully selected furnishings create a comfortable coastal feel. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Carlsbad Village, Legoland, the Flower Fields, local dining, shopping, and golf are all nearby, with easy access to destinations throughout North County San Diego.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire main home, private patio, and one-car garage during their stay. Self check-in is available through a smart lock for easy arrival.

A separate, unoccupied ADU is located on the property. It is not part of the guest rental and is used for host storage and property operations.

Other things to note
Terramar is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors, particularly during evening hours. Parties and events are not permitted.

No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property.

An additional twin mattress and collapsible bed frame are stored in the living room closet and can be set up as needed.

The home is two stories, with stairs required to access the upstairs bedrooms.

Occasional train noise may be heard, as is common along the Carlsbad coast.
