*** Everything you need for your convenience from restaurants and cafés to gyms, massage shops, SPA and sauna, convenience stores and local shops is just a short minute away.

You will have private access to the entire house during your stay. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities.

• A damage deposit of 15,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

• Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay. We will request a pre-payment of the electricity consumption, calculated at 500 THB per day, to be paid on the check-in day.

• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

• Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 2500 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 1-2 days prior.
