Fully renovated 32 sqm studio on the 3rd floor, garden side, next door to A314 — same quiet, same sunrise. Everything in the unit was replaced in 2025: mattress, AC, kitchen, curtains.

Whole studio is yours. Building: infinity pool with mountain views (podium level, 07:00–21:00), gym, underground parking, two lifts, 24h security and CCTV. Cannelle bakery-café is inside the complex. Reception is open until 19:00; the entrance door works with a card 24/7 — two cards are in the lockbox with your key, one spare. Self check-in any time after 15:00.

ReLife The Windy is a gated, 7-floor condo set back from Sai Yuan Road, between Nai Harn Lake (3 min walk) and the Rawai–Nai Harn junction. Out of the gate in one minute: 7-Eleven, Lotus's, a dozen restaurants from 80-baht Thai to Italian, coffee, massage (350-400 THB), laundry and scooter rental (2,500–3,500 THB/month). Nai Harn Beach — the calmest, cleanest beach in the south — is 15 minutes on foot along the lake or 5 by scooter; Ya Nui and Windmill viewpoint 10 minutes by scooter, Rawai seafood pier 7. This is where people who stay a month live, not a resort strip.

A scooter is the way to live here (rental next to the gate, 250–500 THB/day, depending on the model. Grab and Indrive work but wait times are 10–20 minutes. Airport 55–70 minutes by taxi (1000 THB fixed). Everything daily — food, coffee, groceries, laundry — is walkable.
