Chaff House consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and the other side of the double-sided woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and two twin bedrooms. There is a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a shower room featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, charcoal barbecue, and hot tub, with direct access to one of the on-site fishing lakes, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Guests also have access to a communal games room with a pool table, table tennis, and football table, two fishing lakes, a children's play area, walking routes, wildflower beds, resident goats, pigs and sheep, and an on-site café/restaurant.
