Woodpecker consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, while a washing machine is also available. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a king-size with a Juliette balcony, and a twin. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, gravelled area, furniture, and a charcoal barbecue, along with off-road parking for three cars. Guests can enjoy access to a communal games room with a pool table, table tennis, and football table, two fishing lakes, a children's play area, walking routes, wildflower beds, resident goats, pigs and sheep, plus an on-site café/restaurant.
