KITCHEN
Gourmet kitchen built for a crowd: two islands, stainless appliances, 6-burner gas cooktop, built-in oven and microwave, wine fridge, and both pod and drip coffee makers. Custom wood bar top seats four, prep island seats four more. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, wine opener, and basic spices.

Expandable table seats up to 12, so the whole group eats together.

Guest access
The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation, so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier and you can start your vacation as soon as possible.

Guests have full access to the home and grounds, including the pool, hot tub, three patios, pool table, ping pong table, BBQ, laundry room, and driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

Other things to note
Pool and spa are professionally maintained. Service is in the backyard only; the technician will not need to enter the home.

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors is extremely important. Please do not book if you plan to be loud or disruptive.

Are pets allowed?
Yes! Maximum 2 dogs, $150 per pet. Please notify us in advance and clean up after your pets.

Coffee provided?
Take some, leave some philosophy—not guaranteed to be stocked.

EV charging?
The Sedona Tesla Supercharger is half a mile away. No charger at the house.

Can Bedroom 4 be a king?
Yes, the two twins convert to a king on request for an additional fee. Ask before arrival.
