River parks and downtown are a short drive. Avondale's amazing shops and restaurants are also a short drive. This location is amazing, only one block from the St. John's River.
This is a true 2-bedroom layout we call a 1.5 bed: one full bedroom plus a smaller second sleeping room (best for a kid, solo traveler, or overflow — not a second primary suite). You’ll have a full kitchen, fast and reliable Wi‑Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a clean, comfortable space for a weekend or a longer stay.
Parking: one driveway spot at the unit, plus plenty of street parking nearby.
Great for a couple who wants an extra flexible sleep space, or a small group that travels light. Walk Riverside, eat in Five Points, come home to a quiet cottage base.
