EL HOTEL ES BASTANTE GRANDE Y ESTÁ MUY BIEN UBICADO. LA HABITACIÓN EN GENERAL CÓMODA, BUEN ESPACIO, CAMAS CÓMODAS.

Nos dió la impresión de que el hotel no estaba lleno, aún así, y siendo personas de 60 años, nos dieron una habitación que parecía ser la más alejada de la recepción; entre otras cosas, no salía agua caliente en la regadera, y precisamente la "razón" que nos dieron fue que esto era por ser la habitación más alejada!! La persona más amable fue el señor que vino a ver qué pasaba con la regadera, y quien nos apoyó para que nos cambiaran de habitación.

Size of the room and helpful valet staff.

The desk staff were not too friendly, didn’t give us directions to our room or tell us check out time, just gave us the key. Not even a smile.

The Wi-Fi in the room was one of the worst I can used in an hotel of my life. In the lobby, it was correct. The room was not done during our 2 nights stay. We had to ask at the reception in the afternoon.

Staff there are absolute best, they are genuinely friendly. The room was super clean and the bed quality was fantastic, slept great. It’s my eighth stay there and looking forward to the next stay. Kudos to Moe at the front desk. The Riverwalk is a good thing to do in the morning, beautiful, and you can see the city across the river.

It rained !! Staffed needs to work on that. Lol

I check in the property and the customer service at desk was awful and the room I booked had someone already in it

Für unseren Zweck, den Besuch eines Spiels der Jaguars, war es von der Lage perfekt. Mit dem River Taxi ist man in 10-15 Minuten am Stadion, muss meinen Parkplatz suchen und kann entspannt zum Football anreisen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Zum einen kostet der Parkplatz über 10$ die Nacht, was wir schon etwas viel fanden. Zum anderen war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Nacht über dadurch sehr laut.

Easy check in and check out. Holding the bags after check out on game day was perfect.

The water filters on all floors were bad or needing to be changed. And there was no water in any of the vending machines. During breakfast the staff was slow bringing drinks but the hotel was packed so maybe they aren’t used to serving that many people at once.

The room, the bar/ restaurant was nice and clean. The staff is nice.

The location was not pretty at all. There is nothing to walk to.

You can hear literally EVERYTHING from the next room. So if you have kids I recommend doing something at night because they’re gonna here what is being done next door.

The hotel looked nice

We arrived after 4pm, we quickly got ready noticed that there wasn’t enough towels for 4 of us. So we used our own towels as we needed be ready quick. When putting the had towel on the sink saw it was disgusting and full of faeces! We chucked it in the bin, went to reception to request that the towels all be changed. We arrived back around 10.30pm and the towels still hadn’t been changed or moved! No apology but cleaner came to move it! Reception lady did not explain how to get to our room, or give us vouchers for breakfast next sat which wasn’t great however two kind male staff came to the rescue. The same reception lady that didn’t check the towel issue had been resolved whilst we went to the jax jaguars and dolphins game.

The bed was great, however, the room was dark, dingy and in line with the whole complex - 30 years too old!! I survived two nights but that was far too much for me. There were no glasses in the room you could choose between a plastic cup or a paper one. I was too frightened to try the in room tea/coffee maker as it looked like the water in it was full of green mould. No compendium in the room either so no clues on what why and where!

It was a nice hotel the bar was nice.

Decent it was a weird smell when I walked in like old mildew but I took my own cleaning supplies. Also the lady who checked me wasn’t very nice and she also wasn’t helpful at all.
