Guest Access:

The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

129 Bud Lane puts you in a fantastic location for enjoying Lake LBJ and the surrounding Highland Lakes area. From here, guests are well positioned to explore the Llano and Colorado arms of the lake, cruise toward Kingsland, or head down-lake toward Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, and Marble Falls.



Just minutes away, Wakepoint LBJ is a popular waterfront destination where you can grab food and drinks, listen to live music, fuel up the boat, or simply hang out by the water. You’re also close to H-E-B in Kingsland, making it easy to stock up on groceries, drinks, and lake-day essentials.



Getting Around:

A car is the preferred way to get around Kingsland and the Texas Hill Country. The home is conveniently located near H-E-B, local restaurants, shops, and Lake LBJ attractions. For those arriving with a boat or watercraft, Lake LBJ also offers a fun way to explore waterfront destinations and nearby communities from the water.



Other Things to Note:

Important Property Policies:

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10:00 PM, and we kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.



Pet Policy: One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval. Aggressive breeds and puppies under one year of age are not permitted, and cats are not allowed. A signed rental agreement containing the dog’s information must be completed before arrival. A nonrefundable pet fee of $175.39, including tax, applies per stay. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $1,000 penalty.



Property Insurance: Property Insurance is required for each booking that covers up to $10,000 in accidental damage Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. A guest age 25 or older must also remain at the property throughout the entire stay.



Agreements: Check-In Form and Rental Agreement are required to be submitted prior to check-in.



ID and Credit Card: Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted.



Exterior Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed around the property for the safety and security of our guests and the home. Cameras do not face inside the residence or monitor any interior living spaces.
