From here, you can enjoy a leisurely 20–25 minute stroll along the coast towards Mackenzie Beach, famous for its beach bars, sunbeds, and waterfront dining, or head towards Finikoudes and Larnaca city centre for its vibrant seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Along the way, discover some of Larnaca’s historic highlights, including the Medieval Castle and the iconic Church of Saint Lazarus.

Electricity usage



The apartment operates on a key card electricity system. Please ensure the key card is inserted upon arrival, as no electricity will be active without it. We kindly ask that you only use electricity when you are inside the apartment.

Our professional team ensures the apartment is spotless before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed linens and towels are provided, so your stay feels clean, comfortable, and effortless from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with little ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. For your convenience, a travel cot is available for a hire fee of €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request via your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.
