The Space:
Lakeside Bliss sits on just under three private acres at Lake Anna, far enough off the road that the loudest thing you will hear most mornings is the water.
THE POOL AND THE VIEW
The heated saltwater infinity pool is the centerpiece, with nothing in the sightline but trees and open water. A short walk up the hill puts you in the hot tub with a panoramic view, which is the best seat in the house at sunrise and again at dusk. The pool is heated and open from mid May through the end of September. A nightly pool fee applies during that season and is included in the total you see when you book.
INSIDE
An open main level built around a fireplace and oversized windows, so the lake stays in view whether you are cooking, eating, or doing nothing at all. The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, down to kid-friendly dishes and a dining table with room for the whole group. There is an indoor sauna for a proper reset after a long day on the water.
THE GAME ROOMS
Foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade games, a dartboard, board games and puzzles, plus a large flatscreen with console hookups. This is the room that turns a rained-out afternoon into the part of the trip everyone remembers.

Guest Access:
Self check-in with a smart lock and a unique code for your stay. Guests have the run of the home with the exception of the garage, plus full use of the private boat dock. There is an open slip at the dock with bumpers and cleats. The launch area on the property suits jet skis and shallow boats; larger boats launch from the community ramp nearby. Parking is on the driveway. Please keep vehicles off the grass to protect the septic field.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Anna is one of Virginia's largest lakes and an easy drive from Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Northern Virginia, which makes it a favorite for family weekends and multigenerational trips.
The lake is the main event, but the surrounding area rewards a day off the water. Several wineries, a brewery and a cidery are within a short drive, along with Lake Anna State Park for hiking, fishing and a sandy swim beach. Marinas nearby handle boat rentals, fuel and slip access.
Groceries, a hardware store and casual lakeside restaurants are all a manageable drive, so you can stock up without giving up half a day.
Getting Around:
A car is essential here. There is no public transit at the lake and the nearest services are a drive rather than a walk.
Approximate drive times:
- Richmond: about 1 hour 15 minutes
- Fredericksburg: about 1 hour
- Charlottesville: about 1 hour
- Washington DC and Northern Virginia: about 2 hours
The driveway is gravel and handles standard vehicles without trouble. GPS is reliable to the property, and we send exact directions through the guest portal before arrival.

A few property-specific notes for this home:
- Pets: dogs welcome, subject to approval at Lakefront Luxury's discretion. $100 fee per dog
- No smoking inside. Outdoors only, in designated areas.
- Exterior security cameras are in use at the doorbell, above the garage, on the side and rear of the house, and at the boat dock. There are no cameras inside the home.
- The heated pool is open mid May through the end of September. A nightly pool fee applies during that season and is included in your quoted total. There is no pool fee from October through mid May while the pool is closed.
- Getting down to the lake means a steep incline. The driveway to the right of the house is the easiest walking route and you can also drive down. There are steps through the middle of the yard, but they are a steeper option. This part of the property is not well suited to guests with limited mobility.
- Lake levels vary with rainfall and can run low during a drought. When the water is down, boating may be limited and the shoreline will not match every photo. We will always tell you what to expect before you arrive.
- This is a rural lakefront property. We treat for pests, but wildlife and insects are a normal part of the setting.
- Internet is Starlink satellite. Speed is excellent, but service can be briefly spotty in heavy weather.
**Additional Information:**
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
