Upstairs, you'll find the spacious principal bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the property's private roof terrace - a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy a drink or unwind after a day exploring London.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire maisonette, including the private entrance, all living and sleeping areas, both bathrooms, the kitchen and the private roof terrace.

The Neighborhood:

The property sits on Putney Bridge Road, conveniently positioned between Putney and Wandsworth. The area offers a great mix of independent shops, everyday amenities, cafés, bars and restaurants, while Wandsworth and Putney both provide plenty of green space and opportunities to enjoy the Thames and surrounding parks. The location is particularly well suited to guests who want to explore London while staying outside the busiest central areas, with both Underground and National Rail connections close by.



The flat is also situated just a couple of doors from a traditional local public house, adding to the friendly, lively neighbourhood atmosphere and offering guests a convenient spot for drinks or food right on the doorstep. As you would expect from a vibrant London location, there may be some occasional background activity and local noise, particularly during busy evenings and weekends. We mention this openly so guests have a clear understanding of the surroundings before booking.



Getting Around:

East Putney Underground Station is approximately 0.5 miles away, providing access to the District line, while Wandsworth Town Station is around 0.6 miles away, offering regular National Rail services towards destinations including Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.



There are also numerous local bus routes serving Putney and Wandsworth, making it easy to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods and connect with wider London. Putney and Putney Bridge stations are also within the wider local area.

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).
