Important Waterfront Information
Island Park Reservoir Water Levels
Water levels in Island Park Reservoir naturally fluctuate throughout the season and may be affected by weather, runoff, drought, and other environmental conditions beyond our control.

Because water levels can change, refunds, discounts, or other compensation will not be provided due to low, high, or otherwise changing water levels.

Guests planning to launch or operate watercraft are responsible for checking current water levels and conditions before use. Changing water levels may affect navigation, access, and the safe operation of watercraft.

Guests are solely responsible for the safe use of personal or rented watercraft. The property owner and management company are not responsible for damage, loss, injury, or other incidents resulting from water conditions or the use or operation of watercraft.

A starter supply of coffee service, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and dish soap are provided. However, depending on personal preference or consumption, you may need to bring or buy extra supplies during your stay. There is a small county grocery store North on Highway 20 called Sam Patch Co. where we do all of our shopping when we stay at the property.

This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. We are also under a county ordinance for short term rentals and ask that our guests please stay in compliance for their safety and health. We ask that you please stay within capacity limits, read the burn ordinance and please be neighborly. Please be aware that this cabin is on community electrical and WIFI systems and we pass along the most current recommendations from them to our guests as applicable. For protection, video and audio can be motion activated and monitored on the outside of the property at the front and back doors and patios looking out toward the parking area, entrances and hot tub area. By booking this property you acknowledge and agree to the rental agreement that is sent with a confirmed reservation. You are also responsible to your own health and safety during and after you stay at this property and management and/or owners are not liable. And travel insurance is good to have if you are worried about anything that may hinder your ability to stay.
