Car is the most practical option—highly walkable within the subdivision but limited for errands beyond immediate area. Rideshare/taxis are widely available for point-to-point trips. Public transit options: Ride Gwinnett (county bus) serves Buford and stops at the Mall of Georgia Park & Ride; GRTA Xpress/park-and-ride services provide commuter trips to downtown Atlanta. For regional rail, passengers typically transfer to MARTA rail at a nearby connecting station (Doraville or Indian Creek) by bus or rideshare. This is the back unit of a house that is divided into three separate private units. The front and side units have their own private entrances and parking, and are rented separately. You will not share any interior space, kitchen, laundry or patio with them. This property includes security features, such as smart locks and exterior security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. The exterior cameras face the driveway and entrances only, never any interior or private outdoor space.

➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
