Clean, comfortable 3 bedroom home in the walkable Whiteaker neighborhood. Enjoy breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants just a few blocks away, then return to a quiet residential street for a peaceful stay.



Dog-friendly (up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome), making it ideal for travelers with pets. Easy street parking available. Convenient access to downtown and the University of Oregon (3 miles). A relaxed home base for short visits or longer stays in Eugene.



The Space:

Our home is single-level with fenced front and back yards. Dog-friendly, with an easy setup for traveling with pets. Excellent coffee shops, breweries, wine bars, distilleries, restaurants, food trucks, and neighborhood grocery stores are a few blocks away, while downtown and the University of Oregon are a short drive.



Two bedrooms have queen beds and large closets. One includes a window AC unit. The third bedroom has a double bed, built-in dresser, and a Top Job sit-stand desk with ergonomic stool.



For dogs, we provide an extra-large crate, beds, blankets, bowls, towels for muddy paws, and waste bags. Dogs should not be left alone in the home; if necessary, they must be crated.



The bathroom has a tub/shower with safety bars. Natural soaps, lotion, and hair care products are provided. A Pack ‘n Play with fitted sheets is available for guests traveling with infants.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, sweeteners, a drip coffee maker, and a French press.



The living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, books, games, a window AC unit, plus an air purifier, portable fans, and white noise machines for added comfort.



The laundry room (off the kitchen) includes detergent and dryer sheets. (An iron/ironing board is in the back bedroom closet.)

The laundry room is shared with guests staying in the attached studio and is the only shared space on the property.



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire home, front and back yards, and shared laundry room.



The Neighborhood:

The Whiteaker is one of Eugene's oldest neighborhoods. It's a quiet area great for walking or biking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, food carts, breweries, distilleries, and wineries.



Street parking is easy to find throughout the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

There is street parking available in front of the house.



Bus stop: 4 blocks

E-Scooter rental: 1 block

PeaceHealth bike rental: 4 blocks

Lyft, Uber, and taxis available



Other Things to Note:

There are 2 properties on this lot- the main home and an attached studio. Both share the laundry room. Laundry room hours are 8am-10pm. This is the only shared space.



We ask that guests remove shoes indoors- please bring slippers/house shoes as needed for comfort.



The driveway is reserved for studio guests; please park on the street.



Trash and recycling are pulled to the curb on Thursday night or Friday morning.



Lawn service typically comes on Mondays or Tuesdays.



There are 2 window AC units in the home.
