We booked the Privilege package and the hospitality was exceptional! The room was spacious, Id like to say a special thank you to Luis who looked after the room impeccably. Our butler Lily was gracious, professional, friendly and extremely helpful!!! Thank you for am amazing holiday. One note is bring enough USD for tips. Lots to see, lots to eat and a huge variety of restaurants and great food!!!!!

All of the staff were very friendly. We liked Route 66 even though the service was slow at times. We had breakfast and dinner twice at El Beso and once at the Italian restaurant, which were good. The daily pool entertainment was also fun.
There were a couple of things we did not care for. First, not a fan of buffets, and in most cases, this was the only option. One of our friends has a timeshare with the Hotel but was not permitted to eat with us at the El Beso restaurant, so we went to the buffet that night. Secondly, the food was just okay at the steak, sushi, and hamburger places at lunch. We wished that the pool bars did not close at 5:00.
