STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and other basics. For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Please review these important details before booking:

The private pool is not heated. Guests swim at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times, and the home is not childproofed.

Pool service is performed every Saturday. The pool technician may access the outdoor pool area during your stay. Florida weather can cause leaves and other natural debris to enter the pool between services. Please do not adjust or tamper with the pool pump, filter or other pool equipment.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

The property receives routine professional pest-control service. Florida’s climate naturally includes mosquitoes, ants, spiders and other insects, and occasional sightings may occur despite preventative treatment. Keeping exterior doors, sliders and windows closed helps prevent insects from entering the home.

Exterior security cameras are installed for property protection, including a camera monitoring the pool equipment area. There are no cameras inside the home.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Pets are not permitted.

The charcoal grill is available for guest use. Guests provide their own charcoal and are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.

Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may sometimes be available with prior approval but cannot be guaranteed.
