Family Fun: 65” Smart TV with a Nintendo Switch and a variety of board games.
Extra Parking: Dedicated 30ft space for your Boat or RV at no extra cost.

The home features an open-concept dining area (seats 8) and a cozy sectional for movie nights.
Master Suite: King Bed w/ private en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds + 1 Full Bed (Perfect for kids/teens!).
Guest Amenities
Starter Pack: We provide a courtesy supply of TP, paper towels, detergent, and toiletries.
Laundry: Full washer/dryer access.
Beach Ready: Enjoy the pool with provided floats and outdoor patio furniture.

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, please note:
No Pets/Animals: Due to severe owner allergies, we strictly cannot host pets or ESAs.
A heated pool is provided as a complimentary amenity. Please note that the heater is designed to reach a maximum of 85°F, or up to 20°F above the current ambient air temperature. Please request in advance so we can have it warm for your arrival. (Professional reset fee applies if settings are tampered with).
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Melbourne City Ordinance).
Security: 24/7 exterior cameras monitor entryways for your safety; no cameras are inside or facing the pool.
Occupancy: Max 10 guests. Additional guests are subject to a $25/day fee.
Full liability waiver and house policies are included in the booking agreement. By booking, guests agree to supervise children at all times and adhere to check-out procedures to accommodate our tight cleaning schedules.

This was a beautiful place to stay and most definitely will be returning. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The bonus was having the pool with the pool cover was a big plus on that end. There was no bugs or critters they could get in and swim with us. We did enjoy our stay and I rate this five stars and would go even higher if we could. Thank you Selena! You were great and very on top of it every time! We look forward to a return visit!!

We had an excellent visit at The Sandpiper Paradise. The home and property are exactly as advertised and pictured. The location is great, nestled in a nice neighborhood and not far from grocery stores, and restaurants. Our host, Selena was available and responsive with just a couple of questions from us about how to use the washing machine. The home is nicely supplied with first morning essentials--coffee, filters, sweeteners, & creamers. Also, there was a small supply of snack bars that took the edge off as we unpacked and then went out for groceries. We're planning on visiting Space Coast again this fall and will be definitely be revisiting The Sandpiper Paradise.

House had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids, it even had a pack and play! We spent A LOT of time in the heated pool, which had lots of inflatables to use. There were only two lounge chairs, but we made it work. The house was fairly close to Florida Tech and downtown Melbourne, which made coming and going for graduation festivities easy. Made for a perfect weekend :)

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Sandpiper. Everything is very nicely put together and the home was spotlessly clean. The coffee tree with the K-cups was very nice and enjoyed. The host has thought of everything you might need for a really nice, comfortable stay. The host is also just a phone call away if you have any difficulties (we did not have any issues). The beds are very comfortable and the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely keep The Sandpiper in our plans to visit around Melbourne again. Tom
