Welcome to Hidden Palms, a peaceful island retreat on North Captiva designed for guests looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty of Florida's Gulf Coast.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse offers a relaxed waterfront setting with comfortable indoor spaces and access to a variety of island amenities. Spend your days exploring by golf cart, relaxing by the pool, kayaking, biking, playing tennis, or simply enjoying the laid-back atmosphere of North Captiva.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and everything you need for a relaxing island stay.

Outdoor Experience
Enjoy the peaceful North Captiva lifestyle with access to community pools, tennis, bikes, kayaks, and other island amenities.
A 6-person golf cart may be available upon request. Please message us to check availability. It's the easiest way to explore the island and discover its beaches, restaurants, waterfront spots, and natural surroundings.
For guests looking for more time on the water, additional boating and water-based experiences may also be available.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse during their stay.
The property also offers access to select island and community amenities, including pools, tennis, bikes, and kayaks. Additional Island Club access is available for a fee.
Self check-in is provided for a convenient arrival experience.

Optional Boat Experience
Guests may have the option to add a private boat experience during their stay. Options may include:
- Self-drive rental for qualified boaters (subject to screening)
- Captained outings exploring nearby canals and waterways

Boat Use Rules
- Boat experiences are a separate add-on and are not included in the base rental rate
- Self-drive is available only for guests who pass our screening process (valid ID and boating experience required)
- All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit authorization prior to use
- A captain check-in and check-out inspection is required for every rental
- Operating area: Cape Coral canals and surrounding Gulf-access waterways
- Maximum passenger capacity: 12 guests
- Guests must follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations and Florida boating laws
- No alcohol consumption while operating the vessel
- Any damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest

Things to Note
- North Captiva is a car-free island. Guests typically arrive by ferry, water taxi, private boat, or other approved transportation.
- The townhouse has stairs.
- A 6-person golf cart may be available upon request. Please ask us about availability. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
- Island Club access is available for an additional fee.
- Boat dockage may be available for an additional fee and requires proof of registration and insurance.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
- Optional services such as private chef, housekeeping, massage, and concierge services may be available upon request.
- Pool, tennis, boating, and other community amenities are subject to availability and applicable community rules.
