The main farmhouse has been carefully restored, preserving its original stone architecture and traditional character while introducing modern comforts.
The ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, rustic dining area, comfortable living room with large TV, and a guest bathroom with spacious shower.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom, plus a third bedroom with two French beds and a private en-suite bathroom. A charming shared sitting area with a working fireplace and antique mirror adds warmth and character.
The Lake-View Granary
The beautifully restored former granary offers a unique and private retreat, with traditional architectural details and a large double bed overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
It also features a private bathroom with double sinks, marble countertop and bathtub with integrated shower, as well as its own private SPA area.
A separate annexe provides a fully equipped laundry area, ideal for longer stays.
