**Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home and its amenities**, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, screened patio, laundry area, and access to the **community swimming pool**.
**The home is strictly non-smoking indoors.** Guests who smoke are welcome to do so **only in the designated outdoor patio area**. We kindly ask that all cigarette waste be disposed of properly to help us keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone.
A few helpful details before booking: This is a privately owned home, not a hotel or large corporation, and we put a great deal of personal care into preparing the property for every guest. We kindly ask guests to book with realistic expectations and to treat the home with the same respect they would expect for their own.
