A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto

Summary:

Ski in to the back door, rack your skis in the garage, and be in the hot tub beside the gas fire pit before dark. A 3,160 sq ft 5BR townhome at The Ridge in Canyons Village, a few minutes' walk from the gondola at Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the US. Sleeps 14: two kings, two queens, a bunk room and a sleeper sofa. Two gas fireplaces, a six-burner chef's kitchen, hardwood throughout. Free on-demand village shuttle to your door all winter.

The Space:

Ski access: You can ski in to the back door on the groomed Canyons Village trail and you are inside. Heading out, it is a few minutes' walk out the back and across the parking lot to the Sunrise Gondola and Orange Bubble Express. Mapping apps route pedestrians the long way around on public sidewalks and will overstate the walk; the back-door route is the short one. In winter, the free on-demand Canyons Village shuttle will also pick you up at the door and run you to the gondola or anywhere else in the village.

Winter is what this house is built for. Two gas fireplaces - a linear fireplace in the great room and another in the primary suite - plus full central heat, so the house is warm before you are. Out back, the private hot tub sits right beside a gas fire pit, looking up at the mountain, which is the best seat in the house once it starts snowing. A slat-wall ski storage system in the garage holds skis, boards and poles so wet gear never comes upstairs, and every level is hardwood with no carpet anywhere: it takes ski boots, wet gear and kids far better than carpet and cleans completely between stays.

The main level is open and built for groups: a chef's kitchen with a six-burner range, island seating and a coffee station, a dining table for the whole crew, and a deck with lounge seating and village views.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and five full bathrooms:

- Primary suite (upper level): King bed, gas fireplace, sliding door to a Juliet balcony, and a bath with a freestanding soaking tub and double vanity

- Upper-level bedroom: Queen bed

- Main-level bedroom: Queen bed

- Entry-level bedroom: King bed

- Bunk room (lower level): Two bunk beds

- Living room: Sleeper sofa

For a better night's sleep, every bedroom has a LectroFan EVO sound machine with 22 soothing sound options. A hotel-style in-room safe is provided.

After a long day on the mountain, the last thing you want to worry about is a cold shower. This home runs on Navien tankless water heaters for steady hot water with a full house, plus a Kinetico water softening system and reverse-osmosis drinking water in the kitchen, so there is no need to buy bottled water. Every bathroom is stocked with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion.

Two stacked washer and dryer sets, a mudroom with bench and hooks, a desk on the upper landing, fast Wi-Fi, a two-car garage and keyless entry with a unique code round it out.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire townhome to yourselves - all five bedrooms, the kitchen and living areas, mudroom, both laundry sets, the private hot tub and fire pit, and the two-car garage. Check-in is self-service and keyless: your unique door code and final arrival instructions are sent once the rental agreement and guest acknowledgment are completed.

Parking is in the private two-car garage only. Each space is approximately 220 inches long (18 feet 4 inches), so most standard vehicles and small SUVs fit, but large SUVs, trucks, or vehicles with roof racks or ski boxes may be tight or may not fit - please check your vehicle dimensions before you travel. Per HOA rules, street parking is not permitted and the garage door must remain closed when not in use.

The Neighborhood:

The Ridge is a quiet residential pocket inside Canyons Village, the largest base area at Park City Mountain - the biggest ski resort in the U.S. In winter you are a short walk from the Sunrise Gondola and Orange Bubble Express, with ski school, rentals, dining and apres-ski all on the plaza. Woodward Park City, down the canyon at Kimball Junction, runs the longest tubing lanes in Utah plus lift-served terrain parks and a year-round indoor action-sports facility. Utah Olympic Park adds bobsled rides, ski jumping and its own tubing hill. Local outfitters also run dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, winter horseback riding and winter fly fishing - all bookable nearby, and we are happy to help you arrange any of it.

In summer and fall, you're steps from lift-served hiking and downhill mountain biking, the Canyons golf course, scenic chairlift rides, weekend concerts, farmers markets and dining on the plaza.

Downtown Park City's Main Street, Deer Valley and the shops at Kimball Junction are all a short drive or a free transit ride away. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 35 minutes by car.

Getting Around:

Free village shuttle (winter): Canyons Village Connect is a complimentary, on-demand ride service running 7:00 AM to midnight daily through the winter season. You request it from an app and it picks up at the door - to the gondola, to dinner, anywhere in Canyons Village. It will also drop you at the free Park City bus stop, where the bus runs to Main Street and Deer Valley.

Beyond the village: Park City's free public bus connects Canyons Village with Main Street, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction year-round, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. A car is helpful for grocery runs and exploring beyond Park City, but between the village shuttle and the free bus, many guests never move their car once they arrive.

Other Things to Note:

Safety and privacy:

- Two exterior security cameras for guest safety: a video doorbell at the front door, and a camera mounted on the soffit above the front porch. Together they cover the front porch, front door and garage door. Both are always on and record video and audio 24 hours a day. They cover the front entry only — nothing at the back patio or hot tub is in view, and there are no cameras of any kind inside the home.

- Two Minut smart sensors — one on the great room ceiling, one on the soffit above the back patio — monitor noise decibel levels and also sense smoke/cannabis and estimate occupancy. They are not cameras: they cannot record or transmit audio or video, and they do not.

House rules:

- Maximum 14 guests; no unregistered guests overnight

- No parties or events of any kind

- No pets

- No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas

- Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM per Canyons Village HOA

- The primary guest must be 25 or older

Hot tub:

- No glassware in or near the tub

- Children must be supervised at all times

- Please replace and secure the cover after each use, and do not sit, stand or place items on top of it

- Please turn the gas fire pit off whenever the patio is unattended

Parking:

- Garage only. Street parking is prohibited by the HOA, and the garage door must remain closed when not in use.

Before arrival, the Guest of Record completes a rental agreement and guest acknowledgment. Access codes and final arrival instructions are released once that is done. No off-platform reservation payment is required.

Please report any damage or maintenance issue promptly. Excessive damage or egregious mess may be subject to additional cleaning or repair charges per the booking agreement.

Interaction with Guests:

Stays Worth Remembering is available 24/7 by message or text. We respond quickly during the day and have a local Park City team ready for anything that comes up during your stay - restaurant recommendations, grocery service coordination, ski rental delivery, transportation arrangements, or anything else you need to make your trip easier. Self check-in keeps your arrival simple, but we're never more than a message away.
