The building opened in July, so everything in it still works like it should — including the padel court, which is free for guests, rackets and balls included. There’s also a pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room. The flat itself is a one-bedroom with hotel-class bedding, a kitchen with real appliances rather than symbolic ones, a desk, TV and washing machine. You’re in the middle of Dubai: main roads right there, Downtown and Dubai Mall minutes away,
and the Business Bay promenade and park close enough for an evening walk. Two guests. Works as well for a week of meetings as for a month.
