In addition to new paint throughout, all the wood trip and doors have been recently stained a warm caramel color. In addition to recently being painted, all lighting has bee replace with LED lighting. This open floor plan is located on the third floor within steps of Medano Beach and overlooks the gorgeous pool area.

The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub with his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The completely redorated Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
