The kitchen, accessible from the small terrace, is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking without any limitations—dishwasher included. On the ground floor are two airy bedrooms with exposed wooden beams and aqua-green colour schemes: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be expanded to include a third bed. The bathroom's new and offers a view of the pool and Gubbio. The small terrace features a dining table and four armchairs: many guests spend much of their time there. In the furnished private garden, the pergola provides shade in the afternoon, while the small lights at sunset make it the ideal spot for an aperitif.



Gubbio, a medieval town of extraordinary beauty, is the ideal starting point for exploring Umbria and the surrounding area. Nearby are Assisi and Urbino, Lake Trasimeno with its islands, and the Frasassi Caves. The Conero Riviera is about an hour and a half away. You can also go truffle hunting, rafting, or visit the Marmore Falls.
