Located less than a 10-minute walk from Brookline Hills Station on the Green Line D, the apartment offers convenient access to Longwood Medical Area, Fenway, Back Bay, and downtown Boston. Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute are all just minutes away.

The apartment features hardwood floors, a spacious open layout, a queen bed, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, and a large closet with plenty of storage. The renovated kitchen includes a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and everything needed for everyday cooking. High-speed Wi-Fi and utilities are included, making the apartment a practical option for both short and extended stays. Coin-op laundry is available in the complex, and one off-street parking space is available for rent.
This apartment is a 13-minute walk from the Brookline Hills station on the MBTA Green Line D.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
