Summary:
Location Location! Almost ski in-out, 5 min easy walk. Mt. Crested Butte base area! My non-smoking no frills studio, condo-tel with one king bed and one king murphy bed has the ideal location at the heart of the base area, literally a half a cup of coffee walk to lifts, ski, snowboard & bike rentals, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center. We have parking and the free bus to town is right out the front door!
The Space:
My fifth floor with Elevator, condo-tel at The Grand Lodge has a CB mountain view through aspen trees right outside your windows. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably on one King bed and one King Murphy bed. The studio-style space has a kitchenette which includes a coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, one-burner stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. Other condo amenities include cable TV and high speed WIFI. Outside parking with EV charging. One on site parking pass per unit, addtional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.
We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.
To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).
Guest Access:
Key code lock on unit 515 door located on the fifth floor, East building, close to elevator. Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app.

Getting Around:
Free outside parking, EV as well. Fee shuttle from base area to town of Crested Butte, and more areas.

✤ This is a privately owned condo unit; please treat it as if it were your own
