A comfortable two-bedroom home in central Cheltenham, ideally located for Cheltenham Festival.
The house has two spacious double bedrooms, making it a good option for four adults without anyone having to compromise on sleeping arrangements. A sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate a fifth guest if required.
Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with TV, a separate kitchen and dining area with everything needed for your stay, and a bathroom with bath and shower. To the rear is a private courtyard garden, giving you some outside space during your stay.
The house is within easy walking distance of Bath Road, with its pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as Cheltenham town centre. The racecourse is also easily accessible for Festival week.
This is our own home rather than a dedicated holiday let, so it has everything you would expect from a lived-in and well-equipped house. It works particularly well for a group of four looking for somewhere comfortable and well located to stay together during the Festival.
The whole house and private garden will be yours for the duration of your stay.
