GUEST REGISTRATION and CHECK IN FORM
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests are kindly asked to complete our simple online registration form and upload a form of ID.

This is part of our agreement with the property owner and helps us comply with GDPR standards – your data is safely deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

Please note, this process is also required by Cypriot law (Hotels and Tourism Establishments Law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Regulations 10 and 64 (1) and (2)). Completion of the form is essential in order to receive your key collection instructions before arrival.

SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION NOTICE
Please note that this is a self-catering accommodation, not a hotel.
We provide a welcome starter pack, but guests are responsible for restocking items and purchasing anything they may need during their stay.

Basic food items (such as oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided.

Fresh linen and towels will be provided according to the number of guests booked.

EXTRA SERVICES and REQUESTS
• Staying 10 nights or longer? You can request an extra set of bed linen and towels for each guest, free of charge!

For shorter stays, you can still request extra linen and towels with a small additional fee. Delivery is usually arranged within 24 hours. Guests are kindly responsible for changing sheets themselves if needed.

• Need extra housekeeping? No problem — daily or additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge.

• Traveling with little ones? Baby cots and high chairs are available on request

• Need a ride from the airport? We can help! Airport transfers are available upon request at an extra cost.

Welcome to our property! To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following house rules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

1 - Self-Catering Accommodation
This is a self-catering property, not a hotel. We provide starter supplies, but guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their stay. Please note:

2 – Noise and Parties
To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, we enforce a strict no-party and noise policy:
Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted after 11:00 PM.
Unregistered guests are not allowed beyond the number stated in your reservation.
Violations will result in a €300 fine. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

3 – Number of Guests
Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the property. If additional guests stay without prior approval, extra charges will apply.

4 – No Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A €200 fine will apply for violations. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

5 – Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If repairs are required, guests will be charged the full repair cost, plus any additional contractor fees.

6 – Cleaning Responsibilities
As a self-catering accommodation, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.
If the property is left excessively messy (e.g., unwashed dishes, garbage left behind, stains on furniture/walls), an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged.

7 – Proper Waste Disposal
Toilet paper must be disposed of in the bin, not in the toilet. Flushing paper can block the pipes, causing serious plumbing issues. Guests will be responsible for any repair costs.
Please dispose of all garbage in the designated bins.

8 – Use of Towels
Towels provided are for indoor use only. Please do not use them for the beach, as makeup wipes, or for cleaning the floor. A €25 charge per damaged towel will apply.

9 – Property Care and Respect
All guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Please ensure that all members of your party behave in a responsible and considerate manner.
